Warli is an Italian brand specializing in handmade carpets. Founded in 1992 from an idea of designer Paolo Zani, it initially draws on the experience and craftsmanship of artisans from a cooperative in northern India. Warli uses only the highest quality yarns, and offers a catalog in which ethnic and contemporary suggestions, popular and sophisticated patterns, and simple and sophisticated workmanship are combined, always respecting the traditions of the places of production. Initially distributed by Moroso in its home catalog, it later developed toward the contract sector, offering exclusive custom-made carpets, such as for Max Mara Group stores located around the world. Today the brand has expanded its catalog, offering outdoor rugs, accessories such as the Strato basket set or the Site Soft Moss outdoor cushions, and the Twilight collection of indoor and outdoor lamps.
